Rush service prioritizes an assignment for faster attempts than a routine request. Same-day service means an attempt may be made on the day the assignment is received. Neither option guarantees that the person will be located, that service will be completed, or that a court will accept the result.

The fastest way to check availability is to call or text 870-582-1989. Include the complete service address, the exact court deadline, the document type, and the name of the person to be served. If documents are ready electronically, mention that when you make contact.

Urgent timing does not eliminate the need for accurate records. After successful service, appropriate proof-of-service documentation can be prepared and returned by email or another agreed method. If the person is not located, available attempt information can be communicated so the client understands the status.
