What documents can you serve?
Stubbs Legal Process serves eligible court-filed documents that require lawful service, including summonses, complaints, subpoenas, petitions, notices, orders, divorce and custody documents, small-claims papers, and other civil court documents. Service depends on the document and applicable requirements.
What counties do you serve?
The primary service area includes Sevier, Howard, Little River, and Pike Counties in southwest Arkansas. Service outside this area may sometimes be coordinated through another qualified process server.
Can an out-of-state attorney hire you?
Yes. Attorneys, law firms, agencies, businesses, and individuals may send assignments from anywhere when the service address is within the covered Arkansas service area.
Do you offer same-day service?
Same-day attempts may be available depending on the time received, service location, court deadline, and circumstances. Call or text for current availability. Same-day completion is not guaranteed.
Do you make multiple attempts?
Yes. Multiple attempts may be performed when required or requested. Timing can vary based on the address, deadline, assignment details, and available information.
Do you provide proof of service?
Yes. Appropriate proof-of-service documentation is completed and returned after successful service. Attempt details and unsuccessful-attempt information can also be provided when applicable.
What happens if the person cannot be located?
You will receive information about the attempts made. Additional attempts, updated address information, or other practical next steps can then be discussed. Stubbs Legal Process does not provide legal advice.
How much does process service cost?
Pricing depends on the service location, deadline, travel, urgency, and requested number of attempts. Call or text the service address and deadline for a quote.
Can I send documents by email?
Yes. Call or text first to confirm availability, then documents and service instructions can be arranged by email at chetstubbs@gmail.com.
Do you provide legal advice?
No. Stubbs Legal Process provides process-serving services and does not provide legal advice or represent clients in legal matters.
